The commission had originally declared the first round of tentative allocation on June 18, 2026. Following a comprehensive review, SSC has now published the revised allocation in accordance with the sliding mechanism introduced earlier this year.
According to the official notice, a total of 10,132 candidates who submitted their post and department preferences online between May 5 and May 8, 2026, were considered for the allocation process. The allocation has been made on the basis of merit and candidates' order of preference for posts and departments.
