Study Abroad: Queen's Business School launches state-of-the-art student hub

Study in UK: Queen’s Business School has been accredited by EQUIS, AMBA, Small Business Charter, PRME, and the Athena Swan Charter.
NEW DELHI: Queen’s University Belfast has officially launched the Queen’s Business School Student Hub. The school rebranded to Queen’s Business School at the beginning of September and the state-of-the-art UK Pound 26 million student hub opened at the start of the new academic year.
The launch event featured a keynote address by Sparta Group LLC chairman Gururaj Deshpande. He shared insights on 'The Purpose of Business Schools in the 21st Century’. He is trustee of the Deshpande Foundation and life-member of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Corporation.
The attendees at the launch event participated in two panel discussions exploring the pivotal roles of accreditation and rankings in guiding business schools toward their societal responsibilities. Furthermore, the discussions delved into the unique contributions Queen’s Business School can offer to both the local and global community.
Queen’s University vice-chancellor Ian Greer said, “Today marks an exciting new chapter for Queen’s Business School. The rebrand reflects the School and University’s commitment to providing education of the highest standard in partnership with business, civil society, and government.”

Queen’s Business School has been accredited by multiple, world-class business school agencies, including EFMD Quality Improvement System (EQUIS), Association of MBAs (AMBA), Small Business Charter, Principles for Responsible Management Education (PRME), and the Athena Swan Charter, underscoring its commitment to excellence and responsible education.
