NEW DELHI: The Directorate of Government Examinations (DGE) Tamil Nadu will be conducting the Tamil Nadu 12th exams 2023 from today, March 13. The exams for Tamil Nadu board intermediate students will continue till April 3, 2023. All the papers will be held in offline mode with strict adherence to Covid-appropriate behavior.

The Tamil Nadu Class 12 exams will be held in a single shift, which will begin at 10 am and will conclude at 1:15 pm. Students will have to produce the hard copy of their admit card along with a valid government issued photo ID proof at the exam center for verification purposes.

Tamil Nadu 12th exams 2023: Guidelines

Students should carefully go through all the guidelines mentioned below before appearing in the Tamil Nadu Class 12 exams, to avoid any hassles.

• All students must report to the exam center at least an hour prior to the scheduled time of commencement of the exams.

• Entry will be denied to those students who do not possess the hard copy of their admit card as well as a valid photo ID proof.

• Only stationery items are allowed inside the exam hall. No prohibited devices or items must be carried by the students. Prohibited items include books, notebooks, blank paper sheets, mobile phones, earphones, tablets, bluetooth devices etc.

• Students will not be allowed to borrow anything from their fellow mates inside the examination hall.

• No student must indulge in malpractices such as copying, cheating, cribbing etc, which shall result in the cancellation of candidature.

• Students will be required to adhere to Covid-appropriate behaviour strictly at the exam center.
