TAPMI extends last date of registration for PGDM programme

Candidates can now fill the application form for the PGDM programme offered at TAPMI till January 18.
NEW DELHI - TA Pai Management Institute, Manipal (TAPMI) has extended the last to fill the application form for the PGDM programme to January 18. Before filling the application form, candidates must go through the eligibility criteria laid down by the authorities. TAPMI offers various specializations in PGDM programmes. Candidates must possess a valid scorecard of CAT, XAT or GMAT prior to registering for the programme.

TAPMI PGDM Admission - Eligibility Criteria

Candidates should have completed their graduation with a mark of not less than 50 per cent (Those who are in their final year of graduation are also eligible to apply for TAPMI PGDM admission). However, admission will be cancelled if they are unable to obtain less than 50 per cent of their graduation.

Also, the candidates must be having a valid scorecard of CAT 2020 , GMAT (2016-2021) or XAT 2021.

TAPMI PGDM Admission - Application fee and mode of application
Candidates adhering to the above-mentioned eligibility criteria will have to pay the application fee (non-refundable) while filling the application form. The details of the TAPMI PGDM admission application fee for one and more programmes are:

Stage 1 - Shortlisting
A. One of the parameters for shortlisting is including those candidates who have less than twenty months of work experience.

B. The other condition for shortlisting is including those candidates who have more than 20 months of work experience.
TAPMI also follows Profile-based shortlisting,” under which they take into account the following parameters:

Valid CAT/ XAT/ GMAT scores (whichever is higher)

Academic profile (10th, 12th, Graduation, Overall academic performance, etc.)

Work experience includes the total experience in months in a particular type of company
-
Extra-curricular achievements (State/ National/ International) if any

The Statement of Purpose plays an important role in the shortlisting of the candidates
Stage II Process: Online
-
English Proficiency Test will be conducted to test the listening, writing, and reading skills.
-
Moderated Group Discussions will be conducted to assess the candidate’s Problem Solving, Confidence and Assertiveness, Persuasion, Collaboration and Communication skills.
-
Personal Interview will then be conducted to assess the applicant's ability in terms of self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, leadership and communication.
Final Selection
The final selection of the candidates will be made by taking into consideration the following criteria:
