TAPMI Placements 2021: 100% PGDM students placed; highest salary at Rs 25.6 lakh per annum

TAPMI PGDM Placements 2021: Top companies are Accenture, Airtel, Berger, Deloitte, Capgemini, Cognizant, ICICI Bank, Infosys, HCL, HDFC Bank, Titan etc.
NEW DELHI: 100% students of TA Pai Institute of Management (TAPMI) have been placed in PGDM placements for the 2020-21 batch with the highest salary of Rs 25.6 lakh per annum. The average salary this year is Rs 12.5 LPA.
Out of 392 total students in the PGDM programme at TAPMI, 4 opted for their own endeavor and other 388 were placed across 101 companies. The institute has achieved an almost 3.36 times increase in the post-programme salary in comparison to the pre-programme salary, according to an official statement.

69 students were offered pre-placement through summer internships with an average package of Rs 13 lakh per annum with the highest pre-placement offer package was Rs 25 LPA.
TAPMI has also successfully placed 100% of students in its specialist PGDM Banking and Financial Services (PGDM-BKFS) with the highest salary of Rs 32.2 lakhs per annum. Whereas PGDM Marketing students received the highest salary of Rs 18 lakhs per annum, and PGDM Human Resource Management (HRM) students were placed with the highest package of Rs 23.6 lakhs per annum.

The average salary of the PGDM BKFS is Rs 12.6 lakhs per annum while that of the PGDM Marketing course is Rs 11.6 lakhs per annum. The average salary of PGDM HRM is Rs 12.1 lakh per annum.

The IT and analytics sector was the largest recruiter (36%) followed by consulting (34%), and BFSI (23%). Some of the top recruiters which participated in PGDM placements include Accenture, Airtel, Berger, Brillio, Capgemini, Crisil, Citigroup, Cognizant, Deloitte, EY India, Gartner, GoDigit, Goldman Sachs, HCL, KPMG, HDFC Bank, HDFC Life, HP, ICICI Bank., Infosys, ITC, JP Morgan Chase, Lowe's India, PWC, PayTM, Nestle, Titan, TVS, Virtusa, TATA Capital, Wells Fargo, etc.
