Telangana board issues press release on renewal of CSSS scholarship application

Candidates looking for renewal of CSSS scholarship application can apply at scholarships.gov.in.
NEW DELHI: Telangana State Board of Intermediate Education (TSBIE) has issued a press release regarding renewal of online applications for Central Sector scholarship Scheme (CSSS) scholarship today, December 11.
Candidates looking for renewal of CSSS scholarship application can visit the National Scholarship Portal (NSP) at scholarships.gov.in.
The press release reads “All the stakeholders- students in particular, parents, lecturers and
principals in general, who would like to renewal the CSS of national scholarship of the Ministry of human resource development of govt of India are hereby informed that, 9068 applicants in the Telangana state under MoE CSS for meritorious students are eligible for renewal of their scholarships subject to satisfactory completion of their previous academic year.”
The press release mentions that only 3148 have registered for renewal of application. The Ministry of Education Department released a list of eligible renewal candidates.
Students who did not apply for renewal of online application on NSP will be able to apply for renewal of scholarships for the subsequent year on NSP if they meet the eligibility requirements for renewal in the academic year 2023-24.
Steps to apply for CSSS application renewal
Candidates can follow these steps to apply for CSSS application renewal on NSP.

Visit the official website, scholarships.gov.in.

Go to the application corner on the homepage.

Click on the link that reads "Renewal Application".

You will be redirected to an new login page.

Enter your credentials such as application ID and password.

Click on the specific scholarship.

Enter the revised details of the candidate.

Upload the documents.
-
Pay the fee, if required.
-
Click on "Apply for Renewal".

Save and take a printout of the confirmation page.
