TG PGECET 2026 phase 2 counselling schedule revised; registration closes August 31

The Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TGCHE) has announced the revised schedule for the second and final phase of web counselling for the Telangana Post Graduate Engineering Common Entrance Test (TG PGECET) 2026 admissions. The counselling will be conducted for admission to postgraduate programmes, including Master of Engineering (M.E.), Master of Technology (M.Tech) and Master of Architecture (M.Arch).

Candidates who have not registered during phase 1 of TG PGECET counselling 2026 can complete the online registration, fee payment and certificate verification process for phase 2 by August 31, 2026. Applicants are required to upload scanned copies of their original certificates for verification.

As per the revised TG PGECET 2026 counselling schedule, the list of verified and eligible registered candidates will be displayed on September 1. Candidates will also be allowed to raise corrections, if required, through the email service.

TG PGECET Counselling 2026 Phase 2: Steps to register

Candidates who have not registered in phase 1 can complete the phase 2 TG PGECET registration and certificate verification process online by following the steps below.

• Visit the official TG PGECET counselling website, pgecetadm.tgche.ac.in.
• Select M.E./M.Tech./M.Arch admissions.
• Click on the TG PGECET registration link.
• Enter the required candidate and examination details.
• Pay the prescribed processing fee online.
• Upload scanned copies of the required original certificates.
• Check all the details and uploaded documents carefully.
• Submit the registration form for online certificate verification.

TG PGECET 2026 Counselling: Documents required

Candidates are advised to keep clear scanned copies of the following documents ready:

• TG PGECET 2026 rank card or GATE scorecard
• Qualifying degree or provisional certificate
• Consolidated marks memo (CMM) or semester-wise marks memos
• Intermediate or Class 12 or Diploma certificate
• SSC pass certificate or equivalent certificate for date-of-birth proof
• Study or bonafide certificates from Class 9 to graduation
• Residence certificate, where applicable
• Integrated community/caste certificate for SC/ST/BC candidates, if applicable
• Latest income certificate, if applicable
• EWS certificate, where applicable
• Residence certificate for eligible non-local candidates, where applicable.
