NEW DELHI: On July 9, the Telangana government announced the cancellation of the TS Intermediate 2nd year Supply exams 2020 (IPASE) and declared every student passed.

Education Minister. P Sabitha Indra Reddy told Press Trust of India, “As many as 1.47 lakh students, who were supposed to appear for the exams, are considered passed and they can now collect their marksheets at their respective colleges by July 31.”

“Keeping the prevailing situation due to Covid-19 in mind, the chief minister of the state K Chandrashekhar Rao has decided to do away with supplementary exams for the second-year intermediate students,” said Reddy adding this move will help students to join in degree colleges.

Earlier, on June 18, Telangana Board had declared the TS inter results 2020 wherein 68.86% students were declared qualified. A total of 480555 students appeared for the TS 2nd year inter examinations which were held from February 28 to March 18, 2020. with inputs of PTI
