Join Careers360 PremiumNEW DELHI: The Department of School Education, Telangana has issued the admit card for Telangana Teacher Eligibility Test (TS TET) 2024 admit card today, May 16. Candidates who registered for the recruitment exam can download the TS TET 2024 admit card through the official website, tstet2024.aptonline.in/tstet/.
Candidates can use their login credentials such as registration number and date of birth on the official portal to download the TS TET admit card 2024.
The TS TET 2024 exam will be held online in computer based test mode between May 20 to June 3. The exam will be conducted in two shifts- 9 am to 11:30 am and from 2 pm to 4:30 pm.
TS TET 2024 passing marks
To pass the TS TET 2024, general category candidates must achieve a minimum of 60 percent, while SC/ST candidates need at least 40 percent. Previously, the TS TET certification was valid for seven years, but it has recently been extended to a lifetime validity.
TS TET paper 1 is for candidates aiming to teach Class 1 to 5, whereas Paper 2 is for those who wish to teach Class 6 to 8. Candidates interested in teaching Grades 1 to 8 need to appear for both Papers 1 and 2.
TS TET 2024 exam pattern
The TS TET 2024 exam consists of 150 objective-type multiple choice questions (MCQs) in both Paper 1 and Paper 2. Each paper is worth a total of 150 marks, and the duration for each exam paper is 150 minutes.
In case of any issues in downloading the TS TET hall ticket online, candidates can contact the Director, SCERT & Ex-officio Director, TET, Hyderabad between 10.30 am and 5 pm on all working days till June 3, 2024, in person to collect it.
