UGC NET 2024 June certificates out at ugcnet.nta.ac.in; required credentials, validity

NEW DELHI: The National Testing agency has issued the University Grants Commission - National Eligibility Test (UGC NET 2024) certificates for the June session today, December 26. Candidates who qualified the June session exams can access and download the UGC NET June 2024 certificates from the official website, ugcnet.nta.ac.in.

Candidates are required to enter their application number, date of birth and security pin to download the UGC NET 2024 June certificates. The UGC NET 2024 June results were declared on October 17. As per the UGC NET 2024 June result statistics, a total of 1,70,734 candidates qualified for JRF, assistant professor, and PhD admissions.

The UGC NET June 2024 exam, initially conducted in OMR-based mode, was canceled due to a paper leak. Out of the 11,21,225 registered candidates, only 6,84,224 appeared for the rescheduled exam held between August 21 and September 5.

UGC NET 2024 certificate validity

UGC NET 2024 certificate for Assistant Professor will be valid for a lifetime. However, the UGC NET JRF award letter will be valid for a period of three years starting from the day of the issue of the letter.

The UGC NET 2024 certificate validates that the candidate is qualified to apply for teaching positions in universities and colleges across India. For candidates who qualify for JRF, the certificate allows them to pursue research in their chosen field and avail of financial assistance through scholarships or fellowships.

UGC NET December 2024 exam dates

The UGC NET 2024 December session city intimation slip has been issued for January 3 exam. The UGC NET December 24 exam schedule has been revised. As per the revised dates, the UGC NET 2024 will be conducted from January 3 to January 16. Earlier the UGC NET December 2024 exam was scheduled from January 1 to January 19.
