University of Hull has introduced a scholarship scheme for local as well as international students of undergraduate programmes.

NEW DELHI: University of Hull, a UK-based university, has announced a scholarship scheme for its undergraduate courses. The scholarship is available for local or international students from countries such as India, the Philippines, Nepal, etc with an international fee status, seeking admission for the academic year 2021-22.
Eligible students for the scholarship scheme will be given a total discount of £1,500 per year for the sciences programmes and £1,000 for the arts programmes in the total tuition fee. All European Union and international students are considered eligible for the scholarship.
Students hailing from countries classified by the World Bank as lower-income and middle lower-income countries will also receive an additional discount benefit of £2,000 per year. Indian nationals are eligible for the additional scholarship benefit of £2,000 per year as India falls under the category of a middle lower-income country.
Students need not apply for the scholarship as the scheme will be automatically applied. This scholarship scheme is only applicable for those students who are starting their undergraduate courses in the academic year 2021-22. Students should know that there is no discount on the courses that offer a year and a semester abroad or industry placement.
