UP BEd JEE 2024 registration from February 10; Bundelkhand University to conduct exam
UP BEd 2024: Candidates will be able to register for BEd admissions through bujhansi.ac.in.

NEW DELHI: The Bundelkhand University will begin the registration process for the Uttar Pradesh BEd Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) 2024 from February 10. The state level joint BEd entrance exam will be conducted by the university for admission to the BEd programme in UP state university and affiliated colleges for the academic session 2024-25.
The university informed that the UP BEd application form 2024 and important instructions will be available on the official website, bujhansi.ac.in from February 10. The last date to register for UP BEd JEE 2024 is March 10.
The eligibility criteria for UP BEd JEE are as follows:
- Students having a minimum of 50% marks in science/social science/humanities in graduation or postgraduate from a recognized institution or those having at least 55% marks in BE or BTech with specialisation in mathematics and science or those having equivalent qualifications are eligible.
- Students belonging to backward classes having a graduate or postgraduate degree from a recognised university or equivalent are eligible to apply.
- Vision impaired candidates will get a relaxation of 5% marks in the minimum eligibility in graduation.
The exam will be conducted for a total of 200 marks on general knowledge and language. The question papers will consist of 50 objective questions carrying 100 marks each. The duration of the entrance exam will be three hours.

For now, the university has only released the UP BEd JEE 2024 notification on the state-level BEd entrance exam. The information brochure including exam dates, schedule, eligibility criteria, exam pattern, marking scheme, syllabus, admit card dates, and other details will be issued soon on the official website.
Last year, the UP BEd JEE application fee for general candidates belonging to UP was Rs 1,400 while Scheduled Caste (SC), and Scheduled Tribe (ST) candidates had to pay Rs 700. Applicants from other states were also asked to submit Rs 1,400 as the exam fee.
