A total of 58.8 lakh students appeared for the board exams 2023. The evaluation process began on March 17 and ended on April 1. More than 1.40 lakh examiners evaluated 3.19 answer sheets of Class 10, 12 students.
Students need to secure 33 percent marks to pass the exam. Those students who fail in more than two subjects will be able to appear in the compartment exams 2023.

UP Board Result 2023: Official caution against fraudsters
The Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad ( UPMSP ) has cautioned students and parents against falling for fraudulent calls. The board's education secretary, Dibyakant Shukla said that students and their parents might receive calls to increase the marks for UP board Class 10 and Class 12 exams.
