The UP Board follows a structured grading system for Class 10 results, where marks are converted into grades and grade points. Students scoring between 91 and 100 marks are awarded grade A1 with 10 grade points, while those securing 81 to 90 marks receive A2 with 9 points. Marks in the range of 71 to 80 are graded as B1 with 8 points, and 61 to 70 fall under B2 with 7 points. Similarly, students obtaining 51 to 60 marks are given C1 with 6 points, and those scoring between 41 and 50 receive C2 with 5 points. Candidates with marks ranging from 33 to 40 are awarded grade D with 4 points, which is the minimum passing grade.
