NEW DELHI : The Directorate General of Medical Education and Training (DMET) has revised the schedule for the mop-up round of UP NEET PG counselling 2023. Accordingly, the mop-up round choice-filling for state National Eligibility Entrance Test for Postgraduate (NEET PG) counselling 2023 will end today on the official website, upneet.gov.in.
The directorate took the decision as many candidates complained that the security deposit and registration fee was not updated on the portal despite paying and thus they could not complete the choice-filling process.
Applicants were allowed to make payment of the security deposit and application fee till October 4. Earlier, the last date to fill choices for the mop-up round was October 3.
As per the revised schedule, the seat allotment result for the mop-up round of UP NEET PG counselling will be declared tomorrow.
All the eligible candidates will have to deposit a registration fee of Rs 2,000 in order to apply for the mop-up round. The security money is Rs 30,000 for admissions in government colleges while candidates will have to pay Rs 2,00,000 for private medical college seats and Rs 1,00,000 for private dental colleges.
