UP Police Constable Recruitment 2024: The UPPRPB has revised exam centres for five districts in Uttar Pradesh.

NEW DELHI: The Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board (UPPRPB) is conducting the UP Police Constable 2024 recruitment exam today in two shifts. The recruitment board has changed the exam centres in five districts in Uttar Pradesh. Candidates appearing in the exam should carry the UP Police Constable admit card downloaded from the official website at uppbpb.gov.in.
The UP Police Constable exam 2024 will be held on February 17 to 18. The first shift will begin from 10 am to 12 pm and the second shift from 3 pm to 5 pm. The recruitment drive 2024 aims to fill a total of 60,244 vacancies.
As per the PTI report, Fifteen people were arrested for allegedly trying to use unfair techniques in the UP Police Constable exam to recruit constables. Additional Superintendent of Police (ASP) Dhananjay Kushwaha said, "We have arrested these men for planning to use unfair means in the exam. The accused are being questioned.
As per the latest update, the UPPRPB has changed the exam centres in five districts of Uttar Pradesh - Kaushambi, Ghaziabad, Sitapur, Sambhal and Lakhimpur Kheri. The updated venue name and address are given in the table below.

Candidates will be selected based on their performance in the written exam, followed by document verification, Physical Standard Test (PST) and interview.
As per the UP Police Constable written exam pattern, the question paper is divided into four sections and will have multiple-choice questions (MCQ). Candidates will get two hours to attempt the exam.
