The Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP) has started accepting objections to the provisional examination centres selected for the 2027 Class 10 and Class 12 board exams. Students, parents and school authorities can submit their complaints online through the official website, upmsp.edu.in, until October 28, 2026.

According to a notification issued by Bhagwati Singh, UPMSP Secretary, on October 26, the provisional list of examination centres has been uploaded to the board’s website for review and approval by the district-level committee headed by the District Magistrate.

The UP board has provisionally shortlisted 7,526 examination centres for the upcoming exams, according to a media report. These include 862 government schools, 3,276 aided schools and 3,388 unaided private schools.

The centres were selected through an online process using school information verified and updated by the Tehsil Level Committee. The provisional list also includes the allocation of students to schools.

UP Board exam centre objections: How to submit

Students, parents, school principals and school managers who have concerns about the selected examination centres can submit an online representation to the District Centre Determination Committee through the UPMSP portal.

Applicants must provide valid reasons and supporting evidence in the prescribed format. The board has clarified that representations received after October 28 will not be accepted.

The District Inspector of Schools (DIOS) will examine the objections and give their resolution within the stipulated timeframe. The district committee’s approved or recommended list of examination centres, along with its report, must be forwarded online to UPMSP by November 6, 2026. Students and parents must check the provisional centre list on the official website and submit any objections before the deadline.
