UPSC CMS 2024 interview schedule out; to be held from September 23

NEW DELHI: Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has issued the interview schedule for the Combined Medical Services Examination (CMSE) 2024. Candidates who qualify the UPSC CMS mains exam are eligible to appear for the interview round. The UPSC CMS 2024 personality tests (interviews) will be conducted from September 23 to October 23, 2024.

The interview will be conducted in two shifts, with sessions scheduled for 9 am in the forenoon and 1 pm in the afternoon. As per the official notice, the e-summon letters for personality tests (interviews) of the candidates will be available shortly. Candidates will be able to download the UPSC CMS 2024 interview summon letters from the Commission’s website, upsc.gov.in, and upsconline.in.

“It may also be noted that the candidate who has not finally submitted the DAF within the stipulated date and time, his/her candidature shall be cancelled and no e-Summon Letter shall be issued to that candidate,” the official notice read.

The personality test schedule for 1,739 candidates, including their roll number, interview date, and session is provided in the notification. The schedule for the remaining candidates will be uploaded shortly. According to the official notice, candidates appearing for the interview will be reimbursed for travelling expenses, limited to the second/sleeper class train fare.

The recruitment drive aims to fill a total of 827 medical officers in different government departments. The commission conducted the UPSC CMS 2024 exam on July 14 and announced the result on July 30.
