370 clear UPSC IFS Main exam; result out, interview dates soon on upsc.gov.in

NEW DELHI: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has declared the results of the Indian Forest Services (IFS) Main exam 2024. Candidates who appeared for the Main examination can check the UPSC Mains result 2024 through the official website, upsc.gov.in. The UPSC IFS Mains 2024 exam was conducted from November 24 to December 1, 2024.

Candidates who qualified the UPSC IFS Main exam have been shortlisted for the personality tests, the dates of which will be announced in “due course”. The UPSC IFS interviews will be organised in the commission’s office at Dholpur House, Shahjahan Road, New Delhi. The commission will issue the e-Summon letters on the official websites. No offline admit cards will be issued, it said.

“No request for change in the date and time of the Personality Test (Interview) intimated to the candidates will ordinarily be entertained,” the UPSC added.

“Candidature of these candidates is provisional subject to their being found eligible in all respects. The candidates will be required to produce the original certificates in support of their eligibility/reservation claims viz. age, educational qualifications, community, economically weaker section, Person with Benchmark Disability (PwBD) and other documents such as TA form etc. at the time of their Personality Test (Interview),” the commission said in an official statement.

UPSC IFS Main Result 2024: DAF-II dates

It is mandatory for the qualified candidates to fill the detailed application form (DAF)-II. The application form will be made available from January 20 to January 27 till 6 pm. In the online form, aspirants will be required to submit their preferences for zones or cadres and upload documents for higher education, achievements in different fields, service experience, OBC annexure, and EWS annexure, as required.

“Any delay in submission of the DAF-II or documents in support beyond the prescribed date will not be allowed and will lead to cancellation of the candidature. A candidate may also upload additional documents/certificates of higher education, achievements in different fields, service experience, etc.,” state the UPSC IFS 2024 rules.

While the commission will not entertain any requests for changes in the form, candidates can notify modifications in their address or contact details through letter, email or fax. The candidature of those who don’t fill the UPSC IFS DAF-II will be cancelled.

UPSC IFS Main 2024 Result: Marksheets

The marks sheets of all the candidates will be uploaded on the official website of UPSC within 15 days from the declaration of the UPSC IFS 2024 final result, and will remain available for a period of 30 days.
