UPTAC Counselling 2026: Round 1 seat allotment result declared at uptac.samarth.edu.in; how to check

Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU) has declared the Uttar Pradesh Technical Admission Counselling (UPTAC) 2026 round 1 seat allotment result on the official website of UPTAC at uptac.samarth.edu.in. To access the result, applicants need to enter the details, including application number and password.

The BTech seat allotment has been done on the basis of student’s performance, seats available, and choices filled by the applicant during UPTAC counselling 2026. To confirm the seat, aspirants need to pay the seat acceptance fee.

The payment of seat confirmation fee and online willingness (freeze/float) will be done from July 18 to 20, 2026. The seat confirmation fees for general/OBC is Rs 20,000 and for SC/ST category applicants have to pay Rs 12,000.

• On the homepage, click on the UPTAC round 1 seat allotment link
• Enter the logging credentials, including applicant’s roll number and password
• The UPTAC round 1 seat allotment will appear on the screen
• Download the seat allotment letter and take a printout for further reference

Applicants can choose any of the one options after the seat allotment result. The available options are freeze, float and withdrawal. Aspirants who want to accept the allotted seat can choose the freeze option and pay the acceptance fee to confirm the seat.

Aspirants who are not satisfied with the allotted seat and still want to be considered for the next round of counselling then they can choose the float option. Candidates who wish to withdraw the seat can opt for the withdrawal option.
