WBCAP 2025 registration begins today at 2 pm for UG admissions

The department of higher education West Bengal will commence West Bengal undergraduate (UG) admissions 2025 today, June 18 at 2 pm. Students will be able to register online for WBCAP 2025 on the official website, wbcap.in.

The last date for WBCAP 2025 registration is July 1, without an application fee. The institute-wise merit and seat allotment list will be issued on July 5. The last date for WBCAP registration is July 12.

The WBCAP 2025 admission process will be conducted in 2 phases. The WBCAP 2025 phase 2 allotment list will be issued on August 21, and admissions last date is August 24.

Students will be allotted seats from 460 state-run and state-aided colleges under 17 universities. Students can apply for a maximum of 25 programmes. The classes for the academic session will begin on August 1, as per the WBCAP 2025 schedule.

WBCAP 2025: How to apply?

The steps to apply for WBCAP 2025 admissions is as follows.

• Visit the official website, wbcap.in
• Open the registration section of the WBUG admission.
• Click on ‘Register now’ link available.
• Enter your details.
• Upload the testimonial regarding the authenticity of the uploaded documents
• Pay the registration fees online or generate a payment slip for fee submission at the designated bank.
• Take a printout of the form and keep it for future reference.

The WBCAP 2025 portal was launched on July 17 by WB education minister Bratya Basu. He had earlier informed that the WBCAP admission process would begin before June 19, and there has been no delay.
