Download NowNEW DELHI : The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination (WBJEE) is scheduled to be conducted on July 11, 2021, however, the final decision on conduct of the engineering entrance exam will be taken within a week. As per reports by IndiaTV, West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB) is in discussion with the state government on whether to conduct WBJEE 2021 exam or cancel due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic across the country.

Registrar Dibyendu Kar told IndiaTV that the exam committee is monitoring the coronavirus situation and the decision regarding the conduct of WBJEE 2021 exam will be taken soon while keeping the student’s interest on priority.
The decision on the WBJEE exam date 2021 will be announced by the authorities on the official website wbjeeb.nic.in. Candidates preparing for the WBJEE 2021 exam are advised to keep checking the official website for latest updates.
The authorities have already concluded the WBJEE 2021 registration process. The WBJEE application form 2021 was available in online mode from February 23 to March 23. As per the WBJEE 2021 schedule available on the official website, the admit cards for West Bengal engineering entrance exam will be issued to registered students from July 6. For now, WBJEE 2021 exam date is July 11.
The West Bengal government has already cancelled WB Class 12 and 10 board exam 2021 in view of COVID-19 situation in the state.
West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination, commonly known as WBJEE is a state level entrance test conducted for admission into the undergraduate courses offered by the participating institutes of the state.
