WBJEEB announces WBJEE 2026 dates; BTech, BPharm entrance test on May 24 in two shifts

The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB) has announced the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations (WBJEE 2026) exam dates today. Candidates can apply for WBJEE 2026 on the official website, wbjeeb.nic.in or wbjeeb.in, from March 10 onwards.

WBJEEB will hold the WBJEE 2026 BTech, BPharm entrance test on May 24 in two shifts.

WBJEE 2026 exam for paper 1 will be held from 11 am to 1 pm, and paper 2 for physics and chemistry will be held from 2 pm to 4 pm.

As per the official WBJEE 2026 schedule, candidates can apply for WBJEE till April 4. The WBJEE application form 2026 window will open from April 7 to 9. WBJEE admit card 2026 will be issued on May 15 and can be downloaded till the exam date.

WBJEE Exam Pattern 2026

WBJEE 2026 paper will carry 200 marks, and the question paper will be divided into three categories inlcuding 1, 2, and 3. For the WBJEE exam, questions in category I are allotted 1 mark each, while questions in categories 2 and 3 will be allotted 2 marks each.

Candidates belonging to the PwD category will be given an extra 20 minutes in each paper. Also, visually impaired PwD students will be allowed to use a scribe or a writer with lower academic qualifications.

WBJEEB conducts the WBJEE for admission to engineering, technology, pharmacy, and architecture courses of different universities and colleges in West Bengal.
