WBJEE Counselling 2024: Mop-up round registration, choice-filling deadline today at wbjeeb.nic.in

NEW DELHI: The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board (WBJEEB) will close the registration window and choice-filling process for the mop-up round of the WBJEE counselling 2024 today, August 7. Eligible candidates can apply for WBJEE counselling 2024 through the official website, wbjeeb.nic.in.

As per the counselling schedule, students will be able to lock their submitted choices on August 7. The board will announce the seat allotment result for the WBJEE counselling 2024 mop-up round on August 9 based on the options submitted by the candidates.

During the mop-up round candidates will have to submit fresh choices of colleges and courses. Candidates who were previously registered are required to pay a registration fee of 200 to confirm their willingness to participate in the mop-up round. Candidates who are new and have a valid in either WBJEE 2024 or Joint Entrance Examination (JEE-Main) 2024 are required to pay a registration fee of Rs 1,000.

WBJEE Counselling 2024: Mop-up round process

Candidates who did not complete the admission process in round 1 or round 2 are eligible for the mop-up round. Candidates who receive a fresh allotment in the mop-up round must pay the seat acceptance fee of Rs 5,000, if not already paid, and download the allotment letter and report to the allotted institute for physical verification of documents. If the documents are accepted, the candidate must complete the admission process within the stipulated schedule.
