JELET 2024: Candidates should use their application number and date of birth to download the admit card. Know exam pattern.

NEW DELHI: The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB) has issued the admit card for Joint Entrance for Lateral Entry (JELET) 2024 today, June 21. The WBJEE JELET 2024 exam is scheduled to be held on June 29.
Candidates who registered for the exam can download the WBJEE JELET 2024 admit card by visiting the official website, wbjeeb.nic.in. Candidates will have to enter their login credentials such as application number and date of birth to download the JELET 2024 admit card.
The JELET 2024 admit card will carry details such as the candidate's name, photograph, and signature, along with the roll number, application number, exam date and time, exam centre address, and important instructions for the exam day. Candidate should carry their admit card along with any original government ID such as voter ID, PAN card, driving licence, Aadhar card, etc.
The board conducts the JELET 2024 exam for candidates seeking admission to the second year of undergraduate programmes in engineering, technology, and pharmacy. This includes various universities, government colleges, and self-financing engineering and technological institutes in the state for the 2024-25 academic session.

The JELET exam will be conducted in two categories. Category 1 will have 80 questions, while Category 2 carries of 20 questions. In Category 1, candidates receive one mark for each correct answer, with a 0.25 mark deduction for each incorrect answer. In Category 2, each correct answer is awarded two marks. Candidates have a total of 2 hours to complete the exam. The table below provides the subject-wise distribution of questions and marks.
