NEW DELHI: The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB) has begun the application form correction process for the Joint Entrance Exam for Computer Application (JECA 2024) today, May 2. Candidates who filled out the WBJEEB JECA 2024 application form, can edit it by visiting the official website wbjeeb.nic.in or wbjeeb.in.
The JECA 2024 application correction window will remain open till tomorrow, May 3. Candidates should make changes to the WBJEEB JECA 2024 application form during this period.
Candidates for the WBJEEB JECA 2024 can edit all necessary fields in their application form, except for primary registration data like the candidate's name, parents' name, gender, domicile, and date of birth. To make any corrections, candidates must log in using their application number and password.
“The Board will not entertain any request for any correction under any circumstances beyond the “correction period”. Also, the Board will not make any correction or modification on behalf of any candidate,” the WBJEEB said.
Candidates for WBJEEB JECA 2024 should additionally verify the application status. According to the official notice, the application will not be deemed complete until the confirmation page is generated.

The WBJEEB JECA 2024 examination is scheduled to take place on July 14, 2024. It will be conducted in a single shift from 11 am to 1 pm. Candidates can download the JECA 2024 admit cards from July 5 to July 14.
The WBJECA 2024 question paper will consist of 100 multiple-choice questions divided into two categories. Category 1 will have 80 questions carrying one mark each. Category 2 carries 20 questions each having two marks. 0.25 marks will be deducted for a wrong answer in category 1. However, there will be no negative marking in category 2.
