WB JECA 2025 Counselling: Registration begins for MCA; round 1 allotment on December 17

West Bengal JECA counselling 2025: Candidates can apply for fresh registration on the official website, wbjeeb.nic.in, by December 15.
The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB) has started registrations for the West Bengal Joint Entrance for Computer Applications (WB JECA 2025) counselling. Candidates who have cleared JECA and secured a general merit rank (GMR) can register for round 1 counselling through the official website at wbjeeb.nic.in.
The counselling registration window for WB JECA 2025 for admission to the Master of Computer Applications (MCA) course is open until December 15, and the choice filling and seat locking process will also close on the same day.
The round 1 seat allotment result will be announced on December 17. Candidates who have been allotted seats under the WB JECA 2025 round 1 allotment will have to report to their respective institutions between December 17 and 21.

The WB JECA counselling 2025 will be held online and will comprise registration, choice filling, seat allotment, payment of the acceptance fee, and provisional admission.
West Bengal JECA seat allotment on December 17
The West Bengal JECA 2025 counselling will take place in two phases: round 1 for allotment and round 2 for upgradation.
To complete the West Bengal JECA counselling registration, candidates will have to pay a non-refundable fee of Rs 500, and once the round 1 allotment results are announced, they will be required to pay an acceptance fee of Rs 5,000.
Candidates who were not allotted a seat in round 1, those who chose the upgradation option, and those whose round 1 allotment was cancelled will be eligible to participate in WB JECA round 2 counselling.
Candidates reporting to their allotted colleges must submit their WB JECA admit card and scorecard, Class 10, 12, and UG certificates and marksheets, proof of date of birth, category certificate (if applicable), and domicile certificate.
