Woxsen University MBA placements 2026 see highest package rise to Rs 28 LPA

Woxsen University recorded strong MBA placements this year, with 151 recruiters participating and finance-consulting roles leading hiring
Woxsen University has announced the final placement results for its MBA 2024–26 batch, with the highest salary package touching Rs 28 lakh per annum, a 47 per cent jump compared to the past two years.
The university said 151 companies took part in this year’s placement drive, higher than last year’s 133 recruiters. A large share of the recruiters were listed firms and multinational companies, reflecting growing industry interest in the university’s MBA programmes.
According to the placement data shared by the university, the average package for the batch stood at Rs 10.10 lakh per annum, while the median salary was Rs 9.20 lakh. Students in the top 20 per cent bracket received an average package of Rs 15.10 lakh per annum.

Recruitment was spread across sectors such as consulting, finance, technology, FMCG, telecom, healthcare, infrastructure, e-commerce, and real estate. Companies including IBM, oracle, deloitte, KPMG, mastercard, flipkart and airtel were among the recruiters that hired students from the campus this year.

Finance and consulting emerged as the biggest hiring segments, making up around 40 per cent of the total placements. Strategic management roles accounted for another 25 per cent, while the remaining offers came from sales, marketing, analytics, HR, research, and technology-related profiles.
The university also said it added 71 new recruiters this season, while several companies returned to the campus for repeat hiring.

The university noted that recruiters showed increasing interest in candidates with expertise in analytics, consulting, digital transformation, and strategic business operations.
Student shares placement experience
Sara Hazel Philip from the MBA business analytics programme secured the highest package of the placement season. She said her experience at Woxsen university helped her develop a better understanding of how business and technology intersect in the corporate world.
