No, XAT admit card has not been released yet by XLRI Jamshedpur. As per other sources, the XAT 2022 admit card was supposed to release at 6 pm on December 20, 2021. XAT 2022 will be conducted on January 02, 2022, in over 70 test cities. As per the conducting authority, the XAT exam will be held from 9.30 AM to 12.30 PM. It must be noted that XAT is a single slot, single-day exam.

• Candidates are also advised to carry a couple of extra hard copies of the admit card in case they are required on the XAT exam day.

Candidates are required to be thorough with the XAT 2022 exam pattern. The XAT question paper 2022 will comprise of the following four sections:

• Decision Making

• Verbal & Logical Ability

• Quantitative Ability & Data Interpretation

• General Knowledge

For XAT 2022, the marking scheme will be as follows:

• +1 mark for a correct answer

• - 0.25 marks for incorrect answer

• - 0.10 marks for more than 8 unattempted questions

• No negative marking in the GK section

If a candidate has forgotten his/ her XAT 2022 password, then they should be able to trace the SMS or email they received after registering for XAT or can follow the instructions provided.

XAT 2022 exam is to be conducted on January 02, 2022 as a computer-based test and candidates are advised to cooperate with the security at the XAT test center gate. XLRI will release the XAT admit card today. There are certain do’s and don’ts which the candidates must keep in mind. No electronic gadgets such as smartphones, smartwatches, tablets, calculators, etc., are allowed in the examination hall, nor any locker facility is available; hence candidates must avoid carrying such things at the XAT 2022 exam center.

XAT 2022 will be conducted online and the XAT question paper will be divided into 2 parts and 4 sections. XAT exam duration will be 180 minutes with a total of 100 questions. The number of questions from each section differs every year, but as per last year trend, here is the expected section-wise XAT 2022 question paper pattern - 

1 mark will be allotted for each correct answer and a negative marking of 0.25 marks will be awarded for every incorrect answer. Moreover, there will be no negative marking in the General Knowledge section and 0.10 marks will be deducted for unattempted questions exceeding 8 in number.
