BTech Admission 2025 Live: JEE Main correction window closes at 11:50 pm; VITEEE, SRMJEE, AEEE dates out

JEE Main 2025 exam for session 1 will be conducted from January 22 to 31.

Candidates can have a look at the VITEEE 2025 exam pattern below. 

• Exam mode: The VITEEE exam will be a computer-based test (CBT).

• Duration: 2 hours and 30 minutes.

• Subjects:

  • Mathematics: 40 questions
  • Physics: 40 questions
  • Chemistry: 40 questions
  • English: 5 questions
  • Aptitude: 10 questions

The VITEEE 2025 exam will be conducted from April 21 to 27. 

BITSAT 2025 will be conducted for admission to the following engineering programmes at BITS Pilani: 

• Chemical engineering
• Civil engineering
• Computer science engineering
• Electrical and electronics engineering
• Electronics and communication engineering
• Electronics and instrumentation engineering
• Mechanical engineering
• Manufacturing engineering
• Biotechnology
• Mathematics and computing

According to NTA, candidates seeking admission to NITs, IIITs, and CFTIs are required achieve a minimum of 75% marks in Class 12 to be eligible.

SATHEE, a collaborative initiative by IIT Kanpur and the Ministry of Education (MoE), has introduced a 45-day crash course specifically designed for JEE Main 2025 session 1 candidates. The cash course will begin from November 11.

Candidates with VITEEE 2025 rank upto 1 lakh will be eligible for counselling to all the four campuses, VIT-Vellore, VIT-Chennai, VIT-AP and VIT-Bhopal. However, VITEEE 2025 rank holders above 1 lakh will be eligible for counselling to VIT-AP and VIT-Bhopal campuses only.

The National Testing Agency (NTA) conducts the following engineering exams:

• Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main: Serves as the admission test for NITs, IIITs, and other engineering colleges, as well as the qualifying exam for JEE Advanced.
• Common University Entrance Test (CUET): A national-level entrance exam for admissions to undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) programmes across India.

The Gujarat Common Entrance Test (GUJCET) 2025 is scheduled to be held on March 23, 2025.

The AEEE 2025 exam is scheduled to be held on February 1, 2, 2025. “Phase 1 of AEEE 2025 is scheduled on February 1 & 2. Candidates desirous of attending Phase 1 shall register by paying the application fees on or before Jan 20. It is mandatory to book the slot on or before the stipulated date and download the admit card. Admit card is mandatory to attend AEEE,” the university said in its latest announcement.

JEE Mains 2025 will be conducted in English, Hindi, Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu.

The Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham has extended the registration deadline from January 7 to January 20.

• Go to the official website at viteee.vit.ac.in.
• Register by providing your name, date of birth, gender, mobile number, and email ID.
• Fill out the application form completely.
• Pay the application fee and upload the required documents.
• Submit the form and download a copy for future use.

Students can follow the steps below to submit their JEE Main session 1 applications:

• Visit the official website of JEE Main.
• Click on the JEE Main session 1 application link.
• Select the new registration option and provide the required details.
• Log in to complete the online application form.
• Upload all the necessary documents.
• Pay the application fee and download the confirmation page.

The last date to register for the SRMJEEE 2025 phase 1 is April 16, 2025.

The last date to register for the VITEEE 2025 exam is March 31, 2025.

The registration deadline for GUJCET 2025 is February 25. Eligible candidates can fill out the GUJCET 2025 application form through the official website, gujcet.gseb.org.

The Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT) will announce the exam date and registration date for VITEEE 2025 through its official website, viteee.vit.ac.in. Moreover, the application process is anticipated to begin in the first week of November, with the exam likely scheduled for April 2025. 

The JEE Mains 2025 exam will be held in different languages including Assamese, Bengali, Marathi, Odia, Kannada, Malayalam, Punjabi, Tamil, Hindi, English, Telugu, and Urdu and Gujarati.

The Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS), Pilani, conducts the BITS Admission Test (BITSAT) for undergraduate engineering admissions at its campuses in Pilani, Goa, and Hyderabad.

Engineering exams conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) include: 

• Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main – For admission to NITs, IIITs, and other engineering colleges, and also serves as the qualifying exam for JEE Advanced.
• Common University Entrance Test (CUET) – National-level entrance test for admissions to various Undergraduate (UG) and Postgraduate (PG) programmes across India.

The reservation criteria for JEE Main 2025 are as follows: 

• General category belonging to Economically Weaker Section (GEN- EWS) – 10% of seats in every course.

• Other Backward Classes belonging to the Non-Creamy Layer (OBC- NCL) – 27% of seats in every course.

• Scheduled Caste (SC) – 15% of seats in every course. 4. Scheduled Tribe (ST) – 7.5% of seats in every course. 

• Persons with Disability/ Persons with Benchmark Disability (PwD, PwBD) – 5% seats in each of the General, GEN-EWS, OBC- NCL, SC and ST category seats. 

The registration deadline for GUJCET 2025 is February 25. Eligible candidates can fill out the GUJCET 2025 application form through the official website, gujcet.gseb.org.

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has retained the 75% criterion for the Joint Entrance Examination - Main.

GSEB has announced that the Gujarat Common Entrance Test (GUJCET) 2025 will be conducted on March 23, 2025. The exam will be held from 10 am to 4 pm at district exam centres. The GUJCET 2025 application form and information booklet will be published soon on the official website, gseb.org.

The National Testing Agency announced the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2025 application dates. Applicants will be able to modify their JEE Main application form 2025 till  November 27.
