Download NowNEW DELHI, OCTOBER 9: Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham (formerly, Amrita University) will now release the online application forms of AEEE 2019 from October 19. Earlier, the applications forms were going to be available from October 10. Careers360 contacted Amrita to find out the reason behind the delay. According to the authorities, the application process delayed due to the technical glitches which interfered with the process to commence from the earlier scheduled date.
Candidates applying through JEE Main ranks will also be required to fill the application form within the scheduled date. However, these candidates will be exempted from appearing in the entrance examination. A separate merit list will be prepared for both AEEE and JEE Main candidates on the basis of which admissions will be offered to the candidates.
From 2019, Amrita is shifting the application process to completely online mode. No OMR or offline application forms will be accepted for the entrance examination. AEEE 2019 examination is scheduled to be held in two modes: Computer Based Test (CBT) from April 22-26, 2019 (3 slots per day) and Pen and Paper Mode on April 27 only in Tamil Nadu. Entrance Examination will be conducted in more than 90 cities across India.
