NEW DELHI: The Indian Air Force (IAF) is scheduled to conduct the Air Force Common Admission Test (AFCAT) on August 28, 29 and 30, 2021. Those appearing for the AFCAT 2 2021 exam on the above mentioned dates must follow all the COVID-19 guidelines and exam day instructions as laid down by the authorities.

The AFCAT 2 2021 exam day instructions and guidelines are mentioned in the AFCAT 2 admit card 2021 and it includes reaching the exam centre on time, not carrying electronic devices and time of exit from the test centre. The instructions are given so that inconvenience or hardship is not caused to anyone.

AFCAT 2 2021: Exam day guidelines

  • Aspirants must carry the AFCAT admit card 2021 on examination day.

  • They must also carry their own stationery due to safety reasons.

  • Applicants must come to the AFCAT exam centre at least 1 hour to complete the verification process.

  • Entry into the examination hall will be closed when the exam begins.

  • Along with the AFCAT admit card, applicants must carry an original valid photo ID card.

  • No electronic devices or gadgets will be allowed inside the AFCAT examination centre like mobile phones, smartwatches, bluetooth devices, etc.

  • Candidates will not be allowed to leave the AFCAT exam hall till the conclusion of the exam.

AFCAT 2 2021: COVID-19 Protocols

  • Applicants must wear the face masks for the full duration of the AFCAT 2 2021 exam.

  • Candidates are allowed to carry their own hand sanitizer and drinking water in a transparent bottle.

  • All the social distancing guidelines and COVID-19 protocols must be adhered to..

In case applicants have not taken a printout of their AFCAT 2 admit card they can do so by using their AFCAT 2 2021 login credentials at the official website.

AFCAT 2 2021 Selection Process

The Indian Air Force is conducting the AFCAT 2 2021 exam to hire qualified candidates for flying branch, ground duty branches, NCC special entry and meteorology entry. The course for AFCAT 2 2021 cycle is scheduled to commence in July 2022. The AFCAT selection process has three stages - computer-based exam, AFSB interview and medical test. The final AFCAT exam 2021 merit list will be prepared based on candidates' marks in the AFCAT written exam 2021 and AFSB interview.
