NEW DELHI: The Bar Council of India (BCI) has declared the All India Bar Examination (AIBE) 18 result 2024 today, March 26. Students who appeared for the exam can check their All India Bar Examination result from the official website, allindiabarexamination.com. To access the AIBE 18 scorecard, candidates will have to use their login credentials. AIBE 18 exam was conducted on December 10.

"We are pleased to inform you that the results of AIBE-XVIII are now available for download. To access your result, please visit the AIBE website and click on the Registration link for AIBE-XVIII. Enter the login details, i.e., User ID and Password, created during the registration for AIBE-XVIII. After logging in, click on the Result button to access your result," said BCI in an official notification.

BCI informed that the AIBE result 2024 is based on 93 questions instead of 100 as seven questions were withdrawn from the AIBE 18 exam. For the general and OBC category, the passing mark is calculated as 45% of 93 marks, which rounds up to 42 marks. For the SC, ST, and disabled category, the passing mark is calculated as 40% of 93 marks, which has been rounded off to 37 marks, the council added.
The AIBE exam result 2024 has been withheld for the candidates who have uploaded other documents instead of the enrolment certificate. The council asked such candidates to submit their enrolment certificates by April 10 and informed that their results will be declared by April 15. "Those candidates need to send their enrolment certificates to the email address bci.helpdesk@smartexams.in before April 10, 2024. The results of such candidates will be declared by April 15, 2024," it said.
BCI issued the AIBE 18 final answer key on March 21 and AIBE results have been prepared on the basis of the final answer key. The AIBE 18 answer key 2024 was issued on December 13. Candidates were allowed to raise objections against the provisional answer key till December 20.
