AIBE 19 Exam LIVE: BCI All India Bar Examinations begins; paper analysis, answer key soon

The Bar Council of India is expected to release the AIBE 19 answer key within two to three days after the exam concludes. The AIBE 19 provisional answer key will provide candidates with a chance to verify their answers and estimate their scores before the official results are declared.

The AIBE 19 2024 exam will conclude at 1 pm today. Students who appeared for the exam will soon share their experiences, and experts will provide the AIBE 19 paper analysis. The analysis will be released after the conclusion of the AIBE 19 exam 2024.

The BCI has commenced the AIBE 19 exam 2024. The exam will be held fo a duration of three hours till 1 pm.

The Bar Council of India is expected to release the AIBE exam 2024 answer key within one or two days after the conclusion of the exam.

The AIBE 19 2024 exam will have 100 multiple-choice questions, with each question carrying 1 mark. The total marks for the exam are 100, and there is no negative marking for incorrect answers.

Candidates from the General and OBC categories are required to score a minimum qualifying mark of 45 out of 100, which corresponds to 45%. Candidates from SC, ST, and PwD categories are required to score a minimum of 40 marks out of 100, equivalent to 40%.

The AIBE 19 exam 2024 will be conducted in 11 languages including Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Marathi, Bengali, Gujarati, Oriya, English, Assamese, Punjabi, Santhali, Nepali, Sindhi, Malayalam, Urdu, Dogri, Bodo, and Maithili.

The AIBE 19 exam will be conducted for a total of 19 subjects including Constitutional Law, Indian Penal Code (IPC), Criminal Procedure Code (CrPC), Code of Civil Procedure (CPC) Evidence Act, Alternative Dispute Redressal including Arbitration Act, Family Law, Public Interest Litigation, Administrative Law, Professional Ethics and Cases of Professional Misconduct under BCI rules, Company Law, Environmental Law, Cyber Law, Labour and Industrial Laws, Law of Tort, including Motor Vehicle Act and Consumer Protection, Law Law related to Taxation Law of Contract, Specific Relief, Property Laws, Negotiable Instrument Act Land Acquisition Act Intellectual Property Laws.

As per the BCI guidelines, there is no specific dress code. However, it is recommended to wear comfortable and simple clothing. Candidates should avoid wearing heavy jewellery or accessories that may require inspection during security checks.

Candidates appearing for AIBE 19 today must carry a copy of their admit card along with valid photo identification, such as an Aadhaar card, voter ID, passport, or driving license. Items like mobile phones, calculators, Bluetooth devices, smartwatches, books, study materials, notes, bags, purses, or wallets should be avoided.

AIBE 19 2024 exam will be held today for a duration of three hours from 10 am to 1 pm. Candidates will have to report to the exam centre by 10:15 am.
