NEW DELHI: The Bar Council of India (BCI) has once again postponed the All India Bar Examination (AIBE) 19 examination 2024. According to a new notice issued today, the AlBE 19 exam 2024 has been rescheduled to December 22. Candidates can check the AIBE 19 exam 2024 schedule through the official website, allindiabarexamination.com.

Previously, the Bar Council of India announced a postponement to December 1, but the examination has now been rescheduled once again.

The official notice read, 'It is her notified that AIBE-XIX has been rescheduled to 22nd December 2024' As per the new revised schedule, candidates can apply for AIBE 19 exam till November 15, 2024.

Candidates currently in their final semester of a 3-year or 5-year LLB degree course, studying at a BCI-recognised university or a college will be eligible to register for AIBE. “These candidates must have no backlogs from previous semesters to qualify,” the council added.

AIBE 19 passing marks 2024

The passing percentage for AIBE 19 is established to ensure fairness among candidates from different backgrounds. For General and OBC candidates, the minimum passing percentage is set at 45%, reflecting the expectation for a solid understanding of legal principles. In contrast, candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), and those with disabilities have a lower passing percentage of 40%
