Law graduates from BCI-recognised universities or colleges affiliated with BCI-approved institutions can apply for AIBE 20 even if they have not yet received their formal degree. Candidates who have completed their LLB 3-year or 5-year programme and are awaiting degree conferral remain eligible to appear for the exam.
