NEW DELHI, NOVEMBER 2: The Bar Council of India (BCI) will be issuing All India Bar Examination (AIBE) XII admit card on or after December 19, 2018, to those who could not appear for the Bar Council examination in exam centres of Cochin. The admit cards of AIBE XIII will also be available during the same schedule.
A BCI official notification reads, “Candidates who could not appear at Cochin exam centres for AIBE XII due to NIPAH virus, the AIBE XII e-admit card of such candidates will be available on or after 19th December, 2018, along with the admit card of AIBE XIII.”
With the AIBE XII and AIBE XIII admit cards releasing on the same date, i.e., December 19, the bar council examination for both the sessions XII and XIII will be held on December 23, 2019.
The 23rd December AIBE is expected to be appeared by more than the usual LLB graduates.
The candidates appearing for AIBE XII will be informed about their AIBE exam centres through the admit cards of All India Bar Examination.
All India Bar Examination, commonly known as AIBE is an assessment test administered by Bar Council of India for all the LLB graduates to award them a ‘Certificate of Practice’. Upon awarded the certificate, the LLB graduates can then practice in Indian Court of Laws.
