Download NowNEW DELHI: Bar Council of India has released the application form for All India Bar Examination (AIBE) XV(16) 2021 today on December 26. Law graduates may apply for AIBE by registering at the official website - aibe16.allindiabarexamination.com. The last date to register for AIBE XVI (16) is February 21 and the application form can be submitted till February 26, 2021. Meanwhile, as per the notification, the authorities will conduct AIBE XVI (16) 2021 on March 21, 2021.

How to apply for All India Bar Examination (AIBE) XV(16) 2021?
Candidates may complete the registration process of AIBE by following the steps mentioned below.
Step 1 - AIBE XVI (16) registration 2021

Click on the registration link of AIBE XVI (16) 2021.

Select the name of the state, enrollment number, and date of registration and submit the details.
Step 2 - Fill the registration form

Enter the personal information, educational, and enrollment details along with communication details.

Select any three exam centres of AIBE in the order of preference and choose the language for the test.
Step 3 - Upload documents

Upload the documents such as enrollment certificate, scanned photo and signature as per the instructions. The specifications related to the size and format of documents are given below.

Step 4 - Application form submission and fee payment
After uploading the documents, candidates may submit the registration form. To complete the AIBE registration process, candidates will need to pay the application fee using the E-challan option given in the registration portal. The application fee details are given below.

Relaxation in fee/passing marks for candidates with 50% disability
The council has also informed that candidates who are having 50% disability declared by a competent authority will be eligible for relaxation in fee and cut off for passing marks. Such candidates will have to pay Rs 2500 as registration fee and the cut-off for passing the examination will be 5% less than general category candidates.
AIBE XV(16) 2021 schedule announced
In a separate notification, the council has also released the detailed schedule of AIBE XVI (16) 2021. As per the schedule, the bar examination will be conducted on March 21, 2021. Meanwhile, the admit card will be available for download from March 6, 2021, onwards. The detailed schedule is given below in a table.

AIBE XV(15) admit card 2020 released
In another significant development, the council has released the admit cards for the previous session of AIBE. Registered candidates may download the admit card of AIBE XV(15) 2020 by using the registration ID and date of birth. After several postponements, the AIBE XV(15) is now slated to be held on January 24, 2021, in offline mode.
