NEW DELHI: The Bar Council of India (BCI) has announced the All India Bar Examination XVII (AIBE 17) results 2023 today, April 28. Candidates who appeared in the AIBE 17 exam 2023 will be able to download the AIBE XVII results 2023 from the BCI official website, allindiabarexamination.com.

The results of many candidates have been withheld due to incorrect or failure to upload the enrolment certificate and question booklet set code not filled. The AIBE results 2023 of candidates who gave their exam in Rajkot city have been withheld till further notice on account of mass usage of unfair means.
The council held the AIBE 17 examination on February 5 and uploaded the answer key link immediately after the exam; which was later removed. It then published the AIBE XVII answer key on February 9 for candidates to challenge. AIBE 17 revised answer key was published on April 14. BCI had dropped two questions and changed answers of two questions. Candidates will be marked out of 98 marks instead of 100.
Aspirants were allowed to raise objections against the AIBE answer key till February 20, 2023. The Bar Council of India also informed that it has constituted a fact finding committee to look into the reports on cheating by some candidates in this year’s exam.
Meanwhile, the Supreme Court, which heard pleas on several issues concerning the AIBE, upheld the powers of the BCI and said the council is competent to prescribe an examination pre or post-enrolment.

- Click on AIBE XVII (17) result download link.
- Now enter the login credentials such as registration number and password.
- AIBE results 2023 will be displayed.
- Check the qualifying status and download for future reference.
