AICTE awards best Industry linked Technical Institution (Mechanical Engineering) to Sona College of Technology

NEW DELHI, OCTOBER 8: Sona College of Technology received AICTE-CII award for the best Industry linked Technical Institution in Mechanical Engineering Department. AICTE chairman presented the award to the department during the Educational Summit held on October 5 in New Delhi.
Vice Chairman, Chocko Valliappa, shared his heartiest congratulations to the principal, staff, students, and alumni. He thanked AICTE for awarding Sona College of Technology with this All India Award in 2 categories.
Affiliated to Anna University, Sona College of Technology was established on 1997. It is located at Salem, Tamil Nadu and offers various courses in B.Tech/ B.E., M.E./M.Tech and Ph.D. The college offers B.E. in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering and Civil Engineering and B.Tech in Information Technology and Fashion Technology. Apart from this, the college offers 12 Post Graduation courses in Engineering.
