Try NowNEW DELHI: The Army Institute of Fashion and Design (AIFD) will close the AIFD WAT registration portal today, May 10. Eligible candidates can fill out AIFD WAT 2022 application form online at its official website, aifd.edu.in. The application form of AIFD WAT which is now known as AIFD OAT (Online Admission Test) can be filled via payment of Rs 1000 through online payment methods or through a demand draft.
AIFD WAT 2022 is scheduled to be held on May 29 as a computer-based test. The scrutiny of the online AIFD WAT 2022 application and uploaded documents will be done on May 13. The institute will release AIFD OAT admit card tentatively in the third week of May.

Certificate 1 (For the children of Army Personnel serving continuous 10 years service in the Army, Discharged/Released/Retired/ after 10 Years of service/ killed in action/ died during service/ disabled in action/ medically boarded out with pension).

Certificate 2 (For stepchildren of Army Personnel who were born from wedlock where at least one parent serves in the Army/ adopted children of Army Personnel who have been adopted for minimum 5 years before the commencement of the course).

Certificate 3 (For children of Army Medical Corps/AD Corps Officers serving in Navy Medical Establishment/Air Force/MNS/APS and TA Personnel).
Steps to fill AIFD WAT Application Form 2022
Step 1: Visit the official website, aifd.edu.in.
Step 2: Click on the tab ‘Admissions 2022-23’.
Step 3: Candidates will be redirected to the registration page, where one must click on ‘New Registration’.
Step 4: Fill in all the required details such as personal details, academic qualifications, etc.
Step 5: Pay the application fee of Rs 1000.
Step 6: Attach the documents required.

About AIFD WAT 2022
AIFD WAT is the qualifying entrance exam for admission in the Bachelor of Science in Fashion and Apparel Design (B.Sc FAD) offered by the Army Institute of Fashion and Design, and the Institute of Army Education Welfare Society which is affiliated with Bangalore University. AIFD WAT 2022 entrance exam will comprise one test paper with 73 total questions; out of which 70 questions will be objective types, multiple-choice questions and the rest of the 03 questions will be Design and Drawing skills questions.
