NEW DELHI: Dr APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU) has decided to conduct the odd semester exam for regular and carry over-exams for first, third semester and lateral entries from March 21 to April 4. The university had earlier postponed the first and second-year semester exams scheduled to be held in February due to Covid-19, Omicron cases in India.
A detailed branch wise schedule for the AKTU odd semester exam will be uploaded on the University's website, aktu.ac.in.
As per the latest notice released by the AKTU, “Odd semester exam will be conducted the examination for the first semester (all streams), and the third semester for BTech and BPharm students from March 21 to April 4. Detailed branch wise schedule will be uploaded on the University's website."
The university had earlier asked all affiliated colleges to continue online classes till mid-March. AKTU odd semester exam 2021 was held in offline mode from December 28, 2021, to January 15, 2022.
Scores of students protested demanding AKTU online exams. Even after several campaigns and online Twitter trends like #AKTUonlineexam2022, #aktustudentslifematter by students, the university conducted the AKTU odd semester exam 2021 in offline mode.
