NEW DELHI, MAY 28: The counselling of AP EAMCET 2018 has started from May 28 onwards in online mode. It is being conducted by Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) for the qualified candidates of the entrance exam.

Candidates are invited to attend the counselling and seat allotment procedure on the basis of their merit and preferences. To be able to participate in the counselling process, it is important for candidates to pay the counselling fees through online mode.

How to pay the counselling fees

  • Click on the link given on the official website to pay the processing fees.

  • Enter AP EAMCET 2018 hall ticket number and rank.

  • Select andy mode of payment i.e. credit card/ debit card/ net banking and enter credentials required.

  • After the payment is made, click on print button and take a print out of the same as it will be required during document verification.

  • In case, the transaction fails, the amount will be credited back to your account after two working days.

  • Candidates can contact the nearest Help Line Centre for any other clarifications.

Note - Candidates with Registration Fee paid only on or after May 28 will be considered for Certificate Verfication at HLCs.

Steps involved in AP EAMCET 2018 counselling

Candidates need to follow the steps given below to participate in the counselling procedure:

Step 1 : Fee Payment – Candidates will have to pay the prescribed processing fees for counselling using any mode - credit card, debit card or net banking. The fees for OC/ BC category candidates is Rs 1200 and for SC/ ST candidates, it is Rs 600. Upon payment of the processing fee, candidates will get registration number and Login Id Number.

Step 2 : Document Verification – This step involves verification of documents at the AP EAMCET Help Line Centers (HLC). Candidates will be required to visit the HLC as mentioned during application filling for document verification purpose. On confirmation of the displayed data, candidates can create a password.

Step 3 : Choice Filling – Candidates need to fill the choice of colleges and courses, they want to get admission into. This could be done by using log in ID, hall ticket number, date of birth and password created.

Step 4 : Modification & Locking of Choice – Candidates can modify their choices before locking it.

Documents required for verification

Candidates need to carry the following documents for verification purpose

  • AP EAMCET 2018 Hall Ticket

  • AP EAMCET Rank Card 2018

  • Payment Receipt of Counselling Fees

  • Class X and XII Mark Sheet

  • Pass Certificate

  • Migration Certificate

  • Aadhaar Card

  • Domicile Certificate

  • Disability Certificate (if applicable)

  • Category Certificate (if applicable)

  • Income Certificate (issued after January 1, 2018)

  • NCC/CAP/Sports/Minority Certificates

Salient features of AP EAMCET 2018 Counselling

  • All the candidates are required to go to HLC for verification of certificates and for candidates whose data is verified and displayed and can directly proceed for option entry.

  • For those candidates, whose data is incomplete their data will not be displayed. Such candidates will have to report to HLC and get their data verified and proceed for option entry.

  • Candidates are requested to approach nearest HLC with valid proof for change of mobile number or any corrections.

  • Candidates can change their option already exercised on June 3. The options will be frozen on June 3 and no modifications will be made further.

  • The seat allotment will be placed on June 5 after 6 pm.

  • The schedule for document verification and allotment of seats for NCC/SPORTS/CAP/PH categories will be issued separately.
