The Northern region recorded the highest number of entries for the ICSE Class 10 examination, covering states such as Chandigarh, Chhattisgarh, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, Madhya Pradesh, New Delhi & NCR, Punjab, Uttar Pradesh, and Uttarakhand. In India, the Western region achieved the best qualified percentage at 99.85%, followed closely by the Southern region at 99.81%. Additionally, the Southern region reported the highest share of girl candidates, with 49.71% of the total candidates appearing from the region.

For ICSE Class 10, a total of 1,313 candidates with learning difficulties, including dyslexia, appeared for the examination, out of which 132 students secured above 90%. In addition, 54 visually challenged candidates also took the exam, and 17 of them achieved marks above 90%,.

Category-wise performance showed that General category students achieved a qualified percentage of 99.26%, followed by OBC candidates at 99.24%, Scheduled Castes at 98.76%, and Scheduled Tribes at 98.07%.

Region-wise analysis showed that the Western region recorded the highest qualified percentage at 99.85%, followed by the Southern region at 99.81%. The Northern region had the maximum number of candidates appearing for the examination.

For ICSE Class 10, CISCE did not release a toppers list, however, merit certificates will be awarded to all successful candidates. In terms of performance, the Western region recorded the best results in ICSE. Overall, only 0.82% of ICSE candidates could not clear the examination.

A press conference was conducted in New Delhi to declare ICSE 10th and ISC 12th results. 

The ICSE examination was conducted across 67 written subjects, including 20 Indian languages, 14 foreign languages, and 1 classical language. A total of 2,131 candidates did not qualify, accounting for 0.82% of the total number of students who appeared.

For ICSE Class 10, a total of 2,58,721 candidates appeared for the examination. Out of these, 1,37,503 were boys (53.15%) and 1,21,218 were girls (46.85%). The overall qualified percentage for ICSE stood at 99.18%.

Once announced at 11 am, students will be able to download their ICSE Class 10 marksheets from official website of CISCE- results.cisce.org. The link will be made active soon after the declaration of results. 

As mentioned in the press note shared by CISCE, the class 10 results will be announced at 11 am. A press conference will be conducted where toppers, pass percentage and other details will also be announced.
