The morning shift of AP ICET 2022 concluded at 11.30 am today. Majority of the candidates found the exam to be easy to moderate.

NEW DELHI: Andhra University, Visakhapatnam has conducted the shift 1 of AP ICET 2022 exam today, July 25. AP ICET 2022 exam morning shift started at 9 am and concluded at 11:30 am. Andhra Pradesh Integrated Common Entrance Test ( AP ICET) 2022 was held in online mode at various centres in 25 districts across the state. Candidates had 150 minutes to answer all the sections of AP ICET 2022 consisting of 200 multiple choice questions.

The questions in this MBA entrance exam were asked as per the AP ICET 2022 exam pattern, from 3 sections viz. - Communication Ability, Analytical Ability and Mathematical Ability. As per the AP ICET analysis 2022 shared by the students who gave the exam today, the difficulty level of the exam was easy to moderate. There were 75 questions in the Analytical section and 55 in the Mathematical section. And the last section of Communication Ability entailed 70 questions.
When talking about overall difficulty level, the test was easy, according to most of the students who appeared in the test. Communication Ability was the easiest section. The questions asked were as per the AP ICET syllabus 2022. Most questions were from reading comprehension and functional grammar. There were also a pretty good number of vocabulary based questions. Other topics included business and computer technology, error finding, synonyms and antonyms etc.
In the Analytical section, more questions were from problem solving. There were around 60 questions from problem solving. The level of difficulty was a bit high in comparison to other sections. Questions were moderate to difficult. The mathematical section was also easy, and most questions were from arithmetic. Other topics from which questions were asked include algebra, geometry, and statistics.
The 2nd shift of AP ICET 2022 will start from 3 pm and will end at 5:30 pm. AP ICET admit card is an important document to bring to the exam centre. The candidates going to appear for the second shift should not assume the level of difficulty based on the questions asked in shift first. The difficulty level of questions in shift 2 can vary.
AP ICET 2022 answer key will be released on July 27. Candidates appearing for the AP ICET exam today can use the answer key to match their responses and calculate an estimated score. AP ICET 2022 merit list will be prepared on the basis of marks obtained by the candidates in this entrance exam. Open candidates need to secure 25% in order to qualify the test. However, ranks in order of merit will be made on the basis of marks. There will be a normalization process, which means the level of difficulty will be considered in the preparation of the merit list.
