Earlier, the common law entrance exam of Andhra Pradesh was scheduled to be held on August 6. The decision to postpone the exam is taken after reviewing the COVID-19 situation and the subsequent lockdown in the state.
As of now, the application form of AP LAWCET 2020 is open with late fees, for both undergraduate and postgraduate law courses. candidate can apply till July 25 with a late fee of Rs 2000. The admit card will be issued to the successfully registered candidates a few weeks before the examination. The detailed exam schedule is given below.

The Coronavirus pandemic has pushed the schedule of almost all law entrance exams in shambles. The Common Law Admission Test (CLAT), All India Law Entrance Test (AILET), Law School Admission Test - India and other law entrance exams currently facing uncertainty. In a recent development, DHE Maharashtra has also postponed the state law entrance test indefinitely citing the health reasons of the students.

About AP LAWCET: Sri Krishnadevaraya University on behalf of APSCHE conducts the Andhra Pradesh Common Law Entrance Exam for admission to various undergraduate and postgraduate law programmes offered by the law colleges of the state. The exam is conducted in online, computer-based test mode at various exam centres of the state.
