AP SSC Result 2022: Students, parents demand grace marks after 2 lakh fail Class 10 exam
AP Manabadi SSC Result 2022: 797 schools recorded 100% pass, while 71 schools saw 0% pass. The AP SSC supplementary exams will be held from July 6-15.

NEW DELHI: Around 2 lakh students were declared failed in Andhra Pradesh Board Class 10 exam 2022 this year. Students, parents have started demanding grace marks following the AP SSC Class 10 result 2022 announcement. The student unions have also decided to intensify agitation after at least four students who failed ended life.
The Andhra Pradesh Board of Secondary Education (BSEAP) announced the AP SSC exam results 2022 on June 6, 2022, for around 6,22,000 students. Of the total, only 4,14,281 students cleared the AP 10th SSC result 2022.

797 schools recorded 100% pass, while 71 schools saw 0% pass. Of the 71 schools where no student cleared the Class 10 board exam, 31 are private schools.
Education Minister Botcha Satyanarayana had said that one of the reasons for the dip in overall pass percentage of Manabadi SSC results 2022 was Covid-19 and learning loss caused by the pandemic. He also informed that the BSEAP will be holding the AP SSC supplementary exams from July 6 to 15, 2022.
Special classes for the students who failed in AP SSC exam 2022 will be held from June 13. The date sheet for the AP SSC supplementary exams will also be issued soon, he added.
Jana Sena, TDP and Left parties demanded the state government to award at least 10 grace marks to the students who failed in AP Class 10 result 2022, as per the Times of India report.
The AP SSC result 2022 link was made available on the official website, bse.ap.gov.in. Andhra Pradesh Board conducted the Class 10 board exam 2022 from April 27 and ended on May 9.

As many as 42 teachers of various schools across Andhra Pradesh were reportedly arrested and suspended for indulging in malpractices while the Class 10 exam was ongoing. The AP SSC exam was held for the first time after two years due to Covid-19 pandemic.
