Below is the eligibility criteria for Upper teachers through the AP TET 2025 exam.

• Candidates with a minimum of 50% marks in B.A.Ed/B.Sc.
• Candidates who have a graduation degree in a bachelor’s of oriental languages or its equivalent, or a concerned language as one of the optional subjects or a bachelor’s degree in literature, or post-graduation in the concerned language.
• Candidates must have a Language Pandit Training Certificate/B.Ed. A degree in the concerned language as one of the methodologies.
