Asian College of Journalism Extends Registration Date to April 27

NEW DELHI, APRIL 18: Asian College of Journalism has announced that the candidates can fill the application form for the entrance exam till April 27. Earlier the last date to fill the form was April 16. The form was available from March 3. The entrance exam will be conducted on May 13.

Candidates have the option to either submit the application form for ACJ entrance exam either in online mode or they can download it, fill it and then submit it.

Those filling the application form for one programme which is post graduate diploma in journalism will have to pay Rs 2,000 as application fee. However, if they want to fill the application form for both the programmes that is for PG programme in business and finance journalism and PG diploma in journalism, the fee that they will have to pay is Rs 3,000.

What to keep ready before filling the application form ?

Candidates who have not filled the application form, they must keep the information and documents that is listed below before they fill the form:

• Recent coloured passport size picture of the candidate in JPEG/ PNG format
• Educational Details
• Scanned copy of community certificate if the candidate wishes to apply for SC/ST scholarship and also wants exemption from the application fee

While filling the application form, candidates must mention the stream in which they want to specialise such as:

• Print
• New Media
• Television and Radio

Those filling the form for ACJ entrance exam, will have to mention all their personal, academic and contact details and also upload or mail the requisite certificates to the authorities concerned. An incomplete application form will not be accepted.
