The first position rank holders in the Assam board Class 12 science exam will be exempted from appearing in the Assam CEE 2023.
NEW DELHI: The Assam Combined Entrance Examination 2023 (Assam CEE 2023) registration will end today, April 3. Candidates seeking admission to seven engineering colleges in Assam can register at the Assam Science and Technology University (ASTU) website -- astu.ac.in. Assam CEE 2023 will be held on May 28.
Applicants registering for Assam CEE 2023 will have to pay Rs 1,000 as an application fee. As per the Assam CEE 2023 eligibility criteria, students who have qualified Class 12 or an equivalent exam with a minimum of 50 percent aggregate marks in physics, chemistry, mathematics and English will be eligible to appear for the Assam CEE 2023 exams. However, there exist relaxations for the reserved category candidates. The reserved category candidates will have to score a minimum of 45 percent marks to be eligible.

- Go to the official website link of ASTU -- astu.ac.in.
- On the homepage, click on Assam CEE 2023 application form.
- Fill the Assam CEE application form
- Upload the necessary documents and click on submit
- Pay Assam CEE 2023 application fee through online payment methods.
- Save Assam CEE 2023 application form and fee receipt for future use.
Assam CEE 2032: Exemption and Admission Test
The first position rank holders in the Assam board Class 12 science exam will be exempted from appearing in the Assam CEE 2023, provided the candidate scores not ess than 85 percent marks in aggregate in the year in which the candidate seeks admission.
Such candidates, ASTU says, must apply for direct admission within seven days from the date of AHSEC 2023 Class 12 results.
